I’ve always been drawn to people — not just how they look, but the way they carry themselves, their presence and their potential.

Scouting became a natural extension of that curiosity. Over time, I learned to trust both intuition and observation when recognising when someone stands out in a way that isn’t always immediately obvious.

What I value most in my work is discovering people early and connecting them with opportunities that can shape where they go next.
